MetroBuilding Services LLC (“MetroBuilding,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, company, phone number, email address, and project details when you contact us to request a bid, submit a subcontractor inquiry, or otherwise communicate with our business.

Text Messaging

MetroBuilding operates an automated call-answering system for its own business phone line. When someone calls our business line and reaches this system, the system may send a text message notification to the business owner’s own mobile number, summarizing the call.

MetroBuilding also sends text notifications to individuals who ask for them by submitting the sign-up form on our SMS Terms page. We collect a mobile number for messaging only when it is submitted through that form, together with a record of the consent given. MetroBuilding does not send text message marketing or promotions, and does not text anyone who has not opted in.

Message frequency varies. Internal call notifications are generated by inbound business calls and typically run to no more than a few messages per day. Notifications to individuals who have opted in are sent as needed.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and consent are never shared with third parties for the purpose of text message marketing.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to respond to bid invitations, evaluate subcontractor inquiries, and operate our business. We do not sell your information to third parties.
