These terms describe MetroBuilding Services LLC’s use of text messaging.
Program Description
MetroBuilding Services LLC operates an automated system that answers its business phone line when the owner is unavailable. When a call is received, the system may send a text message notification to the business owner’s own registered mobile number, summarizing the call so the owner can respond.
MetroBuilding also sends text notifications to individuals who ask for them by submitting the sign-up form on this page. Those notifications cover project, scheduling and bid-related updates. MetroBuilding does not send text message marketing or promotional messages, and does not text anyone who has not opted in.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Internal call notifications go only to the business owner’s own number and typically run to a few messages per day or fewer. Notifications to individuals who have opted in are sent as needed and are typically less frequent than that.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on the mobile carrier and plan of the recipient.
Opt-Out and Help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
The business owner may disable the internal call notification at any time by changing the system’s configuration.
No Third-Party Data Sharing
Mobile phone numbers associated with this messaging system are not shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party. Mobile phone numbers and consent are never shared with third parties for the purpose of text message marketing.
Notification Sign-Up
Opting in is not required to request a bid or to work with MetroBuilding.
