About MetroBuilding Services
A commercial painting and drywall company in New York, run by Eric Juarez.
We paint stores, offices, medical spaces, restaurants, warehouses and storefronts, and we finish the walls under the paint.
You deal with Eric directly, from the first call to the final walk. He looks at your space himself, answers your texts, and walks the finished job with you.
How we work
Everything is agreed in writing before we start, and if anything changes, we talk it through with you first. We paint around your hours, including nights and weekends when you need to stay open.

We send your certificate of insurance before we start.
